Hp Threshold

HP Threshold is a rules mechanic where powers function differently on the basis of the enemy's HP. There are two kinds of HP Threshold powers-Pre and Post. "Pre" Threshold powers operate differently based on the enemy's HP before the power is utilized. "Post" threshold powers operate differently based on the enemy's HP after the effect is utilized. Examples of HP Thresholds are Finishing Move (Monk 9) and Death Attack (Executioner Class feature).
